The Burberry Factory Shop

A ‘Burberry outlet store’ may sound good, but in reality it is mainly a Japanese tourist attraction. What’s more, it is not near a tube station and is difficult to find on foot or by car. Once found, it is surrounded by building sites and rubbish. Read the rest of this entry »

Maxx Outlet

Sells new cheap clothing but generally more fashionable than most such discount outlets.  Almost everything was priced at £7 on our visit, including tops and a smart black knit shirt dress. Read the rest of this entry »

Lotus Leaf

Generally cheap looking and not that fashionable stuff. Centre racks have tops - including knitwear - for £5. Side rails are more expensive - eg £15 for a knitted tank with combined chiffon blouse. Read the rest of this entry »
