- koodos currently delivers to:
UK, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
This list is under constant review to be able to offer delivery to more countries. - How long does global delivery take?
- Europe - 3-5 working days from despatch date
USA and Canada - 5-7 working days from despatch date. - How much does delivery cost?
- Standard delivery within the UK - £5.99 per order.
Express delivery (only available in the UK) - £10.99 per order.
Delivery to Europe - £10 per order.
Delivery to USA and Canada - £15 per order.
Any free delivery offers for UK only. - Why do you not deliver to more countries?
- We have recently expanded our delivery internationally and will continue to include more countries.
- Why are not all products in included global delivery?
- Certain products do not meet the specifications of our new international delivery structure. As this is a new process, we are continually refining it and hope to deliver more products to more countries in the future.
- Can I pay in currencies other than GB pounds?
- We collect payment in GB pounds. To help you understand the approximate currency conversion, we show the conversion to US dollars and to Euros.
- Will I be charged by customs in my own country?
- Not if you are in Europe or the UK as VAT will be included in the normal price. For US and Canada residents you may be liable for extra import duties. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest you check with your local customs department to obtain the correct information.
- How do I work out my size?
- The sizes provided on our product pages are according to the UK sizing system. For international orders, especially from America where sizes differ greatly, we suggest you view our sizing grid to ensure you are purchasing your correct size.
- How do I return internationally ordered products?
- As with UK residents, you have 14 days to return the product in accordance with our returns specifications. You are liable for the cost of returning it to the koodos UK address and may want to consider registered mail to ensure its safe return.
- How do I claim back duty paid on returned goods?
- You should be able to claim a refund of duties paid from your local customs authority. You will need to have your proof of payment and of export to be able to claim.
