One I havent received yet the other 2 I have.
1st item: Myla bra- came in wrong size 2nd iteam- beaded top- I ordered XS- which I received but the size is more like a medium really, so i will need to get it altered. Very misleading. Lets hope that the Prada purse I ordered will be satisfactory. One thing which is good is that the deliveries are very quick. |
Thank you for your feedback. I am very
embarrassed that we have sent you the wrong sized item and
that the sizing appears to be wrong with the beaded top.
With the wrong item sent, I'm afraid there is no excuse
on our part, please return this for a full refund including
all of your P&P costs. Regarding the beaded top, brands
often zise items differently and whilst we always try to
correct this, I apologise if we got this wrong on this
occasion. If you would like to return it as well, we'd
be only too happy to refund you. Finally, whilst we normally are very speedy with our deliveries, these Prada purses are an exceptional case and won't arrive until after Christmas, I hope this was messaged to you correctly on the website. Regards, Will Will Cochrane Customer Service Manager |
