We search high and low to obtain great branded products, like handbags, fashion apparel and watches, from only the most credible sources. We pride ourselves in the levels of quality in both the products that we offer from our site, and the service that we supply to our customers. Like our koodos integrity suggests, we supply only high quality products from true brands and each and every purchase is backed by our koodos promise.

We work side-by-side with brands and suppliers to ensure that we can offer you fantastic products at the lowest prices possible. These are then showcased on the site via Sales Events, and are open for you to start shopping. Occasionally with specialised items we hold Private Sales, which are accessed by registration only.

Who is koodos?

koodos is an online retailer of designer brands for up to 80% off. We scour the land to find great branded products like handbags, shoes, clothing and watches, from credible sources. Like our koodos integrity suggests, we supply only high quality products from authentic brands and each purchase is backed by our koodos promise.
Where do you get your products from?

We get our products from authentic brands and suppliers locally in the UK and elsewhere around the world. We then work side-by-side with these brands and suppliers to ensure that we can offer you great products at the lowest prices possible.
Are the products real?

Yes. When sourcing our products, we ensure each product is genuine, and originates from an authentic brand. We have also created a koodos promise to emphasise our commitment to only selling genuine brands from our site.
What is the koodos promise?

The koodos promise states that: If, after making a purchase from koodos, you are not delighted with the product, we will happily refund your purchase. In this way we give you the reassurance of shopping for your favourite brands at great prices.
How do I give feedback about my koodos experience?

What are Private Sales?

Private Sales are exclusive sales events held by koodos when a limited number of extra-special items is sourced. Private Sales can only be accessed through a registration procedure whereby only those with a koodos account will have exclusive access.
How do I place an order?

Select the item you would like to purchase.

Once you have chosen your size and colour click on the relevant square on the size grid, or for products without size and colour variations click ‘Add to Basket’. You can verify the contents of your basket by clicking on ‘Basket’ on the top right hand corner at any time, or click on ‘Checkout’ to finalise your order. Once on the checkout page, follow the instructions and click on ‘Place Order’ on the bottom right hand side. If the order is processed successfully, you will see a confirmation page. If not, please follow the on-screen instructions.
What if I am not delighted with my purchase?

Simply return it to us within 14 days using the form on the despatch note attached to your order. You will be refunded for the cost of your purchase, but will be liable for the cost of returning it to the koodos UK address and may want to consider registered mail to ensure its safe return. In cases where a security tag is attached, the tag must still be attached to the product in order for it to be accepted as a return.
