  • How do I place an order?

    Select the item you would like to purchase.

    Once you have chosen your size and colour click on the relevant square on the size grid, or for products without size and colour variations click ‘Add to Basket’. You can verify the contents of your basket by clicking on ‘Basket’ on the top right hand corner at any time, or click on ‘Checkout’ to finalise your order. Once on the checkout page, follow the instructions and click on ‘Place Order’ on the bottom right hand side. If the order is processed successfully, you will see a confirmation page. If not, please follow the on-screen instructions.

  • How do I know my order has been placed?

    After the checkout page, you will see the order confirmation page. In addition, we will send you an email confirming your order.

  • When will I be charged?

    For credit card/debit card orders, your card will be charged when your parcel is despatched from the merchant warehouse. You will only be charged for what has been shipped.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    koodos currently delivers to:
    UK, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
    This list is under constant review to be able to offer delivery to more countries.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Standard delivery within the UK - £4.99 per order.
    Express delivery (only available in the UK) - £5 surcharge - £9.99 total
    Delivery to Europe - £10 per order.
    Delivery to USA and Canada - £15 per order.
    Any free delivery offers for UK only.

  • Is there a limit on the number of each item I can buy?

    Generally no. In some instances koodos will introduce limits to the quantities for a specific product. This is to ensure that everyone will get the opportunity to share in the great value.

  • I forgot to include something in my order, can I add to it?

    No. As products are often despatched directly from our merchant, we are not able to edit your order once it has been processed. You would need to place a new order.

  • How long will my order take to arrive with standard delivery?

    We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days.
    Length of time from despatch to arrival:
    UK - 1-2 working days.
    Europe - 3-5 working days.
    USA and Canada - 5-7 working days.

    If you have different brands in the same order, these may arrive in different parcels at different times as some brands like to despatch their own items - in either case you will incur no extra delivery charges.

  • How long will my order take to arrive with express delivery?

    Only available within the UK.
    Orders before 11am Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) will arrive the next day.
    Orders after 11am Monday – Thursday will arrive in two days.
    Orders after 11am Friday - Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

    Only certain items are eligible for express delivery – these will be shown at checkout. If part of your order is not eligible for special delivery, the order will be split into standard and express delivery with no extra charge.

  • When is my order despatched?

    Your order will be despatched once:
    i) Payment has been approved.
    ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.

    N.B. If the billing and delivery addresses are not the same we may need to contact you – please ensure a phone number is added to your account details.

  • What do I do if my order is late?

    Express delivery: If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you on the day that you order to notify you. This may occur if we are unable to approve your payment or verify your billing/delivery address.

    We will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse and then only one delivery fee per order, no matter how many parcels we send you.

  • How do I change my billing address?

    On the checkout page, in the ‘Billing Details’ section, click ‘edit these details’. Follow the instructions on the page that follows. YOUR BILLING DETAILS MUST MATCH THE DETAILS ON YOUR CARD.

  • Can an order be delivered to an alternate address?

    Yes. On the checkout page, in the ‘Delivery Address and Recipient Name’ section, click ‘change address’. If you already have an address, then follow the instructions and select the address. If the address you want is not already on this page you can click ‘click here to add new address’ at the top and follow the instructions. You can store multiple addresses to make gift-giving easier.

  • What is a 'delivery nickname'?

    A delivery nickname is a word or phrase you can give to your alternate delivery addresses, such as “My Work Address”.

  • What is an eVoucher?

    An eVoucher is a promotional offer from koodos that allows a customer to receive a discount on a purchase. It is most commonly offered in the form of a code. The eVoucher can only be used once. The eVoucher discount only applies to products and the amount of your total purchase before postage is added.

  • How do I redeem eVouchers?

    Once you have filled your basket, go to ‘checkout’.
    If you have not already done so, you will be asked to log in.
    Once logged in, you will be directed to the page detailing the total cost of your purchase including postage.
    Click on ‘add eVoucher’.
    Enter promotional eVoucher code – remember this is case- sensitive.
    You should then be redirected to the previous page but with the value of the eVoucher deducted from your total.
    Proceed by entering your card details to carry out your purchase.

  • Do you offer gift-wrapping?

    Unfortunately, koodos does not currently have the facility for gift-wrapping orders.
