What if I am not delighted with my purchase?

Simply return it to us within 14 days using the form on the despatch note attached to your order. You will be refunded for the cost of your purchase, but will be liable for the cost of returning it to the koodos UK address and may want to consider registered mail to ensure its safe return. In cases where a security tag is attached, the tag must still be attached to the product in order for it to be accepted as a return.

Why do I need to pay postage for returns?

In charging a separate amount for postage, we do not include the cost of postage in each individual product and so keep the costs down for our customers.
How long does it take to process my returns?

We will always try and process returns within 14 days of receipt of product to allow for inspection. We credit your credit card as soon as we open your parcel. You will receive an email once this has happened. For more information please visit our returns policy.
