Who is koodos?

koodos is an online retailer of designer brands for up to 80% off. We scour the land to find great branded products like handbags, shoes, clothing and watches, from credible sources. Like our koodos integrity suggests, we supply only high quality products from authentic brands and each purchase is backed by our koodos promise.
Where do you get your products from?

We get our products from authentic brands and suppliers locally in the UK and elsewhere around the world. We then work side-by-side with these brands and suppliers to ensure that we can offer you great products at the lowest prices possible.
Are the products real?

Yes. When sourcing our products, we ensure each product is genuine, and originates from an authentic brand. We have also created a koodos promise to emphasise our commitment to only selling genuine brands from our site.
What if I am not delighted with my purchase?

Simply return it to us within 14 days using the form on the despatch note attached to your order. You will be refunded for the cost of your purchase, but will be liable for the cost of returning it to the koodos UK address and may want to consider registered mail to ensure its safe return. In cases where a security tag is attached, the tag must still be attached to the product in order for it to be accepted as a return.
What is the koodos promise?

The koodos promise states that: If, after making a purchase from koodos, you are not delighted with the product, we will happily refund your purchase. In this way we give you the reassurance of shopping for your favourite brands at great prices.
What are Private Sales?

Private Sales are exclusive sales events held by koodos when a limited number of extra-special items is sourced. Private Sales can only be accessed through a registration procedure whereby only those with a koodos account will have exclusive access.
How do I register for a Private Sale?

You will need to be fully registered with koodos. This can be done by selecting the 'register/log in' link at the top of the page. Follow the instructions. If you are already registered you will need to log in. Then click on the Private Sale and sign up for it by entering your email address. You will then be notified when the Private Sale begins. Then shop away.
Where do you deliver to?

koodos currently delivers to:
UK, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
This list is under constant review to be able to offer delivery to more countries.
How long will my order take to arrive with standard delivery?

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days.
Length of time from despatch to arrival:
UK - 1-2 working days.
Europe - 3-5 working days.
USA and Canada - 5-7 working days.

If you have different brands in the same order, these may arrive in different parcels at different times as some brands like to despatch their own items - in either case you will incur no extra delivery charges.
How long will my order take to arrive with express delivery?

Only available within the UK.
Orders before 11am Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) will arrive the next day.
Orders after 11am Monday – Thursday will arrive in two days.
Orders after 11am Friday - Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

Only certain items are eligible for express delivery – these will be shown at checkout. If part of your order is not eligible for special delivery, the order will be split into standard and express delivery with no extra charge.
